5. Appointments and Cancellations

Appointment Scheduling: Appointments can be requested through our website or scheduled by phone. Once booked, you will receive a confirmation.
Cancellation Policy: To cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
No-Show Policy: If you do not show up for a scheduled appointment without prior notice, you will be charged a $50 no-show fee.

6. Payment and Fees

Payment Terms: Fees for services are due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made. We accept major credit cards, cash, checks, and certain insurance providers.
Insurance: If you are using insurance, it is your responsibility to ensure coverage with your provider and understand your benefits. Any co-payments, deductibles, or uncovered fees are your responsibility.
Refunds: Refunds are generally not provided for services already rendered. Any exceptions will be handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
