I’m passionate about starting real conversations with men—ones that spark meaningful thoughts, build emotional intelligence, and support personal growth.
I work with guys aged 14 and up, and my goal is to create a space where you feel safe to open up and just be yourself. In that space, we can work on building a deeper understanding of your emotions, how to manage your emotions, and how to recognize and respond to others' emotions healthily. This work will help you handle stressful situations better, communicate more effectively, and build stronger relationships. We can do this work together by forming a strong, trusting connection that will help you grow at your own pace, in an environment where you’re supported every step of the way.

When you’re in a space where you feel safe to open up, solutions often start to unfold. That’s where I come in. My goal is to support you in breaking free from the stuck places and moving toward your best self. Whether you’re a child, teen, or adult, I work individually or with families to find what works best for you. I take an integrative counseling approach that adapts to each person's unique needs, using tools from solution-focused brief therapy and cognitive behavioral approaches to guide the process.
I’ve been a Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (CADC) through the Michigan Certification Board of Addictions Professionals since 2004. My background includes a Bachelor of Science from Ferris State University and a Master of Arts in Criminal Justice from the University of Massachusetts Lowell. With over 23 years of experience in social services and criminal justice, I’ve worked in settings ranging from group counseling and individual case management to outpatient substance use treatment.
